Chapter 12. Additional OTRS applications - calendar

In OTRS 2.2, 9 calendars can directly be configurated graphically by default. This number can be extended to 99. Calendar configuration is effected in the admin interface using the SysConfig framework calendar 1 etc. links:

"TimeWorkingHours" can be used in OTRS::ITSM to define so-called "service level windows" time frames in which certain service levels are guaranteed, if applicable monitored and/or evaluated to secure service level compliance.
