Chapter 10. Stats and reporting

The OTRS stats framework has been completely revised for version 2.1 and nearly every type of ticket report can be created in the web interface. Generation and view of stats and charts can be activated for users, groups and/or roles. It is possible to import or export existing or new stats and further use can be made of stats modules from previous OTRS versions.
