4.3. Public web interface

In addition to the web interfaces for agents and customers OTRS has a public web interface. It provides public access to the FAQ system, and lets visitors search through the FAQ entries without any authorization.

The public web interface can be reached via the URL http://www.example.com/otrs/faq.pl . Also the address http://www.example.com/otrs/public.pl makes it possible to access the FAQ system.
